It can also convert a lead into an estimate or a job. API access in Housecall Pro is available only to Pros on a MAX plan, so the agent's connection depends on your plan level.

Follows up and stays in your control
After a call, the agent can follow up with the caller by text message. The agent only does what Housecall Pro's API allows and what you have approved it to do. You control what it says and does, and changes are made when you ask for them.
